Van has been parked here for upto a few weeks now. It is a 1 hour bay and no traffic wardens have ticketed it whilst being in the bay. The van is also untaxed. Local garage using public highway as an overflow area for x4 vehicles storage and parking associated with commercial operations causing a serious obstruction to a public pathway/pedestrian access route. On University Road just before the university's Maurice Shock Building, vegetation is growing from the Welford Road Cemetery and overhanging and encroaching onto the pavement on University Road. Overhanging branches are sagging further down in recent rain, there is a large bush growing over the pavement making access restricted, especially where the very large puddle forms in the road when it rains, making it impossible to avoid being significantly soaked by cars. He came last week to fix it but unfortunately it still doesn't work. Didn't even light up on the first night after the so called repair.
