There are 2 street lights not working outside Unit 8, Woodgate Centre, 74 Bradgate Street, Leicester. This is on the bit of road leading to the Aldi loading bay and the exit to the back of the Aldi car park. The 2 street lights not working are opposite each other.

I have concerns that the butchers at the top of Francis st. are permanently blocking the pavement with 3 commercial bins, a black one with an orange lid, a blue one and a green one with a blue lid. They are not only blocking the pavement but I suspect have some unpleasant by products from the shop waste - one week there was a pungent black liquid leaking that has permanently stained the tarmac. I would expect that these 3 commercial bins should be kept on their property and only put out on collection days, but I understand that they have made an enclosure where the bins should be stored and this area is now used for something like smoking meat, even though it is only semi-enclosed. None of this seems quite acceptable to me, is it?.-Shop, 2 Francis Street, Leicester, LE2 2BD
