Rubbish and bins have been fly tipped for around 3weeks now and it's getting worse. It's absolutely disgusting. This area is always a target for rubbish being dumped for years. What can be done to stop thus constantly happening moving forward. Putting a sticker around the rubbish saying it is illegal makes no difference. Neither does it make a difference putting labels on bins saying they can be fned if not taken back in as the bins are constantly left out blocking the pavements!-4 Constance Road, Leicester, LE5 5DB

There's a couple lights on livingstone street not coming on at night, unfortunately they're by each other leaving a large "dark spot" on the street. This bin has been full to overflowing for weeks, to the extent that people are now beginning to fly tip next to it. Rubbish is being left on a planted flowerbed, damaging the plants. There is a dead branch that sometimes sticks out into the road, I reported it to LCC, but they said it was in the City. It’s on the left about 100 metres from the Keyham Road West junction. It’s past the dangerous piece of road on the left where there is a big drop at the side of the road.
