I would like to report overflowing commercial waste bins near Highcross Street free school lane. Rubbish is overflowing and being left beside the bins, and there is also a strong foul smell in the area. Please could this be investigated and cleared as soon as possible. I would like to report overflowing commercial waste bins near Highcross Street free school lane. Rubbish is overflowing and being left beside the bins, and there is also a strong foul smell in the area. Please could this be investigated and cleared as soon as possible. There was a rat in our house, and we had pest control treatment done. Since today, we have noticed a very foul smell in the house. We suspect that the smell may be coming from a dead rat, but we have not been able to find the source or any remains. It is possible that the rat may have died somewhere underground or in an inaccessible area. Could you please advise us on how to locate and resolve the source of the smell?
