The council bin guys came in to clear the bins. All they do is empty the smaller bins into larger bins and during the process end up spilling rubbish on pavement and road as photo attached. We also have a video of the process. They should not be emptying the smaller bins in larger bins to save time. Sad to see the leaders causing more rubbish on streets-79 Huggett Close, Leicester, LE4 7PZ
