There's a couple lights on livingstone street not coming on at night, unfortunately they're by each other leaving a large "dark spot" on the street. This bin has been full to overflowing for weeks, to the extent that people are now beginning to fly tip next to it. Rubbish is being left on a planted flowerbed, damaging the plants. There is a dead branch that sometimes sticks out into the road, I reported it to LCC, but they said it was in the City. It’s on the left about 100 metres from the Keyham Road West junction. It’s past the dangerous piece of road on the left where there is a big drop at the side of the road.
