Hi, I hope you are well.<br/><br/>We have noticed that a cable is on the ground and tried to report it to Virgin Media as they are our supplier. They stated that it comes under Openreach and we contacted them. Openreach dispatched an engineer within four hours and explained that this needs to be reported to council.<br/><br/>Someone has looped the cable around the fence as you can see in the attached picture. Could you please look into this as children play around the area and this might be a potential hazard? Thank you.
