This Wheelie bin has been left outside 54 Bartholomew Street, a boarded-up property, by a previous tenant. It has been there for several weeks now, and contains rubbish that has not been collected. I can understand that the bin is from another locality (Sutton) and so for that reason may not have been emptied during the weekly collections. Nevertheless, I would appreciate it if you would please arrange for this Wheelie bin to be removed as it poses a health and safety issue.
