I reported the dumped black bin a few months ago and nothing has been done about it. Since then, Morris Homes have erected their sign and still left the bin. Can you please ask Morris Homes to demonstrate some duty of care to the area and clean up the rubbish on their land. -96 Ashton Green Road, Leicester, LE4 2AE
