I know budgets are tight, but are there any plans to improve the accessible toilets in Leicester parks? The photo attached was taken at Western Park. I had to cover the seat with toilet paper (which I then bagged up and put in a litter bin) before my sister could sit on the old, dirty, wooden seat. I have had to stop taking my sister to the parks in the city due to the awful state and lack of facilities in the accessible toilets.
