Tuesday 3/03/26-Upperton Rd between Nos 44+50 A street sweeper/litter picker had come today to pick all the litter from the pavement, parking bays. Unfortunately there was still a lot of food warps and crisp packet and small discarded wrappings left behind. There were large discarded empty bags of snacks under a which was quite easily reachable with his brush but the person was a bit lazy to pick it up. There was no way he could have missed it.
