I reported this car being parked on the pavement and I spoke to the owner I was coming home just and he refused to park elsewhere even though there were parking spaces! It is obstructing the pavement and me coming in and out of my house!! When is East Leicester Police going to do something? I would like a permit holding here and double yellow line! -3 Bardolph Street, Leicester, LE4 6EH
