Vehicle regularly parked directly in front of my private driveway access, blocking the dropped kerb/H-bar marking at Prestwold Road. This obstructs my ability to enter/exit my own driveway. The H marking is applied to this property specifically. A Leicestershire traffic warden has previously confirmed this is my private vehicle access and issued a penalty notice to a vehicle parked here for the same reason. A car with the registration has been parked on the double yellow lines since Sunday the 5th of July. The lanes are narrow and it is causing unnecessary traffic. To go past it, you have to go into the other lane into oncoming traffic. It is not safe.-72 Anstey Lane, Leicester, LE4 0FB

Blocking almost all of the pavement. Cannot get past if using a pushchair, wheelchair or walking stick. Can see to the left that the house has a drive which they refuse to use for some reason. We had previously requested for it to be treated but it’s not going over our shed and into our house extension and creating mould inside the house.
