This vehicle is parked like this every day! I have seen a disabled person nearly going over in their vehicle because they have to go over the uneven gravelled area. In doing this, the people waiting at the bus stop have to scatter! Cars parked everyday on both sides of barkby road making it impossible for wheelchair and pushchair users - how can you just close report and say ongoing investigation - surely a traffic warden needs to be visiting daily and booking - where do you want pedestrians to walk on the road and run over by trucks!!!-80 Barkby Road, Leicester, LE4 9LF
