Hospital staff are coming and smoking cigarettes and vaping around the house. I have requested them to don’t smoke around the area. Whenever I open windows or kitchen door I can smell the cigarette smoke. The people are throwing cigarettes litter in the area after the smoke. Do the council have no wardens to visit and fine the property ?
