Whilst I was away last week someone has fly tipped some medical cannisters outside the property, the council and tip will not take them.We have placed the cannisters in a box so that they are not presnting a trip hazard and so it doesn't encourage more rubbish to appear, see picture, I have no idea who left them and the council cannot advise me on how to get rid of them.-10 Hopyard Close, Leicester, LE2 9GY

Lady takes her dog out and it fouls all over the street. To be fair she cleans it up but the remnants are still large peices, sometimes wet and stinky.
