Persistent daily obstruction. Vehicle registration GL16 TTU is repeatedly parking across my dropped kerb and mounting the pavement, completely blocking access to my driveway and delaying me by 10 minutes every morning. Persistent daily obstruction. There is a yellow box outside the number 74 Goodwood crescent, that looks like it was painted by the resident/member of the public rather than the city council to deceive the public from parking there. Please see attached images.

The resident from number has verbally abused individuals from parking there during school runs. I personally believe that denying public parking space for an illegal route to park cars on their drive outside of council regulations should be investigated.

There are people putting up scaffold against the building here and they haven't closed off the footway or accurately cordoned what they're doing. One of the workers instead is just aggressively berating anyone using the footway when he spots them, which is unacceptable considering that they haven't taken the time to secure the area, and they are at fault here. Recurring safety problem at Green Lane Road / Deepdale crossroads.

Vehicles travelling along Green Lane Road regularly stop in the main carriageway to allow vehicles waiting at the give-way line on Deepdale to cross Green Lane Road or emerge from the junction.

This is happening while traffic on Green Lane Road is flowing freely. The unexpected stopping creates a significant risk of vehicles behind running into the stationary vehicle. I have personally had to brake heavily to avoid a collision because a vehicle stopped suddenly for this reason.

The Deepdale approach has clear give-way road markings. Please could Highways investigate whether the current junction layout, markings or signage could be contributing to this recurring safety problem.-289 Green Lane Road, Leicester, LE5 4NG
