The staff members of the dental practice routinely park their vehicles on the pavement, completely obstructing pedestrian access. This has created a serious hazard for pedestrians, particularly for vulnerable individuals. On multiple occasions, I have personally witnessed people with prams and those using mobility scooters being forced to use the road to get around the vehicles. A pothole which was marked for repair in spring but it never happened and another two forming in the stretch which was not repaired last time.
