Description

The double street light unit, in the central reservation of London Road, opposite Conduit Street and Regent Street, has one lamp which does not function. The lamp that does not function is on the side of Regent Street, overhanging the northbound carriageway (see attached picture).

A neighbour is regularly driving a vehicle over a raised kerb to access their driveway parking.

- Raised kerbs are not designed for vehicle access and can become damaged over time.  
- Repeated driving over a non‑dropped kerb can cause pavement deterioration, trip hazards, and drainage issues.

- Damage to public footpaths or utilities beneath the kerb.  
- Liability for repair costs if the council identifies the cause.
