Hi, As you can see one of the branches in the tree is hanging and it can fall anytime. Please can you cut down the branches as it is straight on to the footpath as in picture. And also the big tree with full of weed is covering my house garden and house without getting any sunlight. Please can you trim down the branches and cut the weed that has grown in the tree Please.

I would like to report ongoing fly-tipping and obstruction of access to my garage.

located behind/near the shop Tymbark Mini Market. The shopkeepers from this business regularly leave their rubbish bags and bins directly in front of my garage door. This has now escalated to the point where the waste is completely blocking access to my garage.

When I moved the rubbish away from my garage entrance and placed it in front of their shop, the shopkeepers confronted me and stated that the bins and rubbish belong to them. Despite this, they continue to place their waste directly outside my garage, preventing me from accessing it.

This situation is ongoing and is causing significant obstruction to my property. I would like the council to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to stop the rubbish being placed in front of my garage.

I can provide photos showing the rubbish blocking access and the location if required.
