Hi, As you can see one of the branches in the tree is hanging and it can fall anytime. Please can you cut down the branches as it is straight on to the footpath as in picture. And also the big tree with full of weed is covering my house garden and house without getting any sunlight. Please can you trim down the branches and cut the weed that has grown in the tree Please. This open land which belongs to the council, has repeatedly been neglected and has not been maintained. The shrubs which were previously poisoned to NOT grow back again have grown back in full effect. These shrubs need removing from the ROOTS once and for all. They are causing subsidence damage to my property (NO 5 Halstead street, LE5 3RE) and there is ongoing insurance claim.
