Drainage gullies outside of 17 Highmeres Road and opposite also blocked outside CASE engineering. Reported several times and still not sorted. Water backs up constantly causing localised floods. Not the water is icing up which is even more hazardous. Please unblock all gullies as a matter of urgency. The gully outside 17 is sitting proud of tarmac so water cannot even flow in. It needs to be re set or more tarmac to be added to level the ground.-6 Clipper Road, Leicester, LE4 9JE
