There are two dump bins on the street that belong the Pizza Hut shop, they are put next to the alley on Lexham Street. These bin are on the foot path and obstructing pedestrians. Because of these huge bins people are fly tipping thinking it’s a dump site, we are getting huge amounts of rats running around this area and it’s right next to my front door. It’s disgusting to walk out of the house only to be met with a huge pile of rubbish overflowing from those bins and all the fly tipping. These rats are becoming a huge problem and the smell is unbelievable! Please help. Those bins have been put there recently and it’s not fair for us residents who have been here longer. It’s giving me anxiety looking at all that rubbish please help -1 Lexham Street, Leicester, LE4 5DD

Hazardous Leaf Build-Up on Streets

Dear sir/ madam

I’m disappointed the streets haven’t been cleared of leaves all autumn. Wet leaves are slippery, creating a hazard for pedestrians and cyclists, and they block drains, increasing flood risk. This neglect is unacceptable, especially given the high council tax we pay. I urge the council to address this promptly and ensure regular maintenance moving forward. Please provide an update on planned cleaning efforts.

Kind regards
Brian serridge -42 Avenue Road, Leicester, LE2 3EA
