I'm not sure if this is fly tipping. At the back of my house there is a gated car park that we all use, I've a caravan in front of my fence which we use, the council came a few weeks back and cut all the weeds down done a really good job, but they piled rubbish in front of my caravan from other houses, now everyone is putting there rubbish there. It's disgusting, I want to move my van but I can't. This is a health hazard I've seen several rats around the rubbish. It's not my rubbish. -38 Cross Keys Green, Leicester, LE5 2PG

I'm not sure if this is fly tipping. It's disgusting, I want to move my van but I can't. This is a health hazard I've seen several rats around the rubbish. It's not my rubbish.

The whole way down Victoria park road the cycle lane including from Welford road down to London road has been choked by fallen leaves and twigs which are now decomposing and grass is starting to grow. Around half of the cycle lane is now covered resulting in cyclists having to ride closer to pedestrians risking hitting them if they inadvertently step into the cycle lane. -Flat 1, Springfield, 2 St Marys Road, Leicester, LE2 1XA

Anti social entities hanging around in the park after dark. There's no street lighting in the park so it's ideal for these people to sit, drink alcohol, smoke weed and litter around the park. It's very difficult for the general public to walk past the Allag care limited on the footpath it's very overgrown if this it private, and the owners need contacting. There is a massive pothole on Ethel Road just after Falmouth Road. It is impossible to see it in the dark and is also hard to dodge if there are cars behind and on the side.
