I'm not sure if this is fly tipping. At the back of my house there is a gated car park that we all use, I've a caravan in front of my fence which we use, the council came a few weeks back and cut all the weeds down done a really good job, but they piled rubbish in front of my caravan from other houses, now everyone is putting there rubbish there. It's disgusting, I want to move my van but I can't. This is a health hazard I've seen several rats around the rubbish. It's not my rubbish. -38 Cross Keys Green, Leicester, LE5 2PG

I'm not sure if this is fly tipping. Earlier this year I reported the extending of Watermead Rose Care Home's drive over the foot and cycle paths. LCC ensured the home rectified this. Now though the lines are showing again. I have more than once encountered drivers just driving straight out over the protected paths (it is not clear these are not the drive as it's all black tarmac). Please can a better solution be found to make this safe. Thanks-The Watermead, 510 Melton Road, Leicester, LE4 7SP
