A red car is constantly parked completely on the pavement near the junction, totally blocking pedestrian access. Combined with an overgrown hedge from an adjacent vacant property, there is no room for pedestrians, prams, or wheelchairs to pass safely. I am reporting persistent littering on the public pavement at 1 Ingle Street, Leicester LE3 9FS. On a daily basis the pavement is covered with cigarette butts, sunflower seed shells, food packaging including aluminium trays, and other general rubbish. I have attached photos taken today as evidence. This is directly next to a school route, used by children and pedestrians, and it is a health and safety concern. The area is constantly dirty. The rubbish is left on the public footpath outside the properties. I would be grateful if a City Warden could investigate, arrange a clean-up, and consider regular-1 Ingle Street, Leicester LE3 9FS, UK
