55 west avenue have still got rubbish tipped on their front on the pavement. This property has been reported many times and are still fly tipping. Do the council have no wardens to visit and fine the property ? What do we pay our council tax for ? ...I thought it was for the council to look after leicester and keep it a nice place to live in.
