It is regularly parked across the dropped kerb, obstructing vehicular access to private premises. This occurs on most weekends, and the vehicle is sometimes left in the same position for 2–3 consecutive days, preventing or severely restricting access.I have photographs of the vehicle and its registration number. I would be grateful if the matter could be investigated and appropriate enforcement action taken to prevent this recurring obstruction.
