I previously reported litter dumped in the walled area next to 1 Gibbons Close of the car park between 1 Gibbons Close and 8 Purcell Road that needs clearing (job codes 5222363, 5277344, 5279779). The walled area where the rubbish is strewn is next to the stairwell wall that touches 1 Gibbons Close. Someone has now dumped a matress in the same area. The photos attached showcase the issues.
