This is on the Empty Ground on the walk way near the estate off of Ross walk walking over the bridge to wolsey tower..I have reported this before . And it has never been cleaned.It just keeps getting worse and worse disgusting sight to see on a bust route ..If this is on private land then may I suggest that the owners are to bought justice to remove this and stop it from happening .Obviously the estate residents think its a dumping ground ..-20 Langton Way, Leicester, LE4 5FL
