Street light not working again An engineer was out yesterday for no reason as the light has been working fine since it was fixed last month. The roadside grass verges have not been cut and there are now many weeds growing through the grass making the area very look very neglected. The grass is so long that large branches fallen from the trees are completely hidden and create a trip hazard. This affects the whole length of Welford Road from Chapel lane to the Asquith Way. My neighbors(204 Melton Road) are breeding rats, ducks and rooster in their garden because of that we are facing rats and bad odor all the garden and we get rats inside the house as well. I have reported about this more than 2 weeks before. Till now there is no response on it. Rats had nibbled everywhere including the rice bags. How can they breed these animals in urban area.
