Ever since the residents of a property moved in they have left their bins in the street, we are selling the house next door and the bins and rubbish are left on our front. Everyone else in the street always takes their bins in, including us when we occasionally put it out, but as the house is empty that is rare. Not only does it look untidy but I thought Leicester City Council had a law about leaving bins on the pavements after they have been collected.-141 Kensington Street, Leicester, UK

The residents at Abbots Court are leaving food waste around their bins. I have just seen several 6” rats when looking for my dog, which was attracted by the food smells. This is a persistent problem.
