Side of street remains unswept and dirty after several months. The location of the area is on the public footpath, and outside the council owned and run allotment gates. The area has growth of weeds, and dirt, with rubbish accumulating all around. It is unsafe, with broken glass and presents a trip hazard, and no doubt a negligence claim waiting to happen if not addressed promptly. Cricket is being played in the area. Some local residents have been playing there as well as people from other areas come along with their children. The issue is there us a bench just outside no. 2 turnstone walk and these guys meet up there drinking alcohol and beer. They bring their children there as well who then play cricket. Some relatives of no. 2 come there as well. An example is the guy with car , he comes there often to gatheratthe bench & his kids play cricke-10 Kestrel Close, Leicester, LE5 3FR
