Bags of household waste dumped near electricity substation on City end of Falconer Walk. This is a repeated issue in the alleyway. These streets have not been cleaned for weeks and it getting worse. The lack of cleaning will make it more difficult as some of the rubbish is ground into the pavement. When will this be done and why is it not being done regularly?
