Description
Hello I am resident on Fosse Road South Leicester LE3 0JT and I had a parking permit for zone F in Leicester. This zone is valid for few streets on my area where is included Westcotesdrive LE3 0QR but every night when I cam back from my job I can't find a parking space because after 10 - 11pm always strange cars are parked there even on double yellow lines. I already attached some photos. The thing is they are doing this because they know the officers from council don't cam on night time.
