This is the third time I’m being forced to report the same illegal parking blocking the entrance and exit of our street, and Leicester City Council’s continued inaction is becoming impossible to ignore. Drivers are still trapping residents in and out while the Council does nothing to stop it. Your failure to enforce basic laws is directly allowing this to continue. This situation is unsafe, unacceptable, and entirely avoidable and I will keep logging every incident until you finally take action-37 Morley Road, Leicester, LE5 3HP

My only exit & entrance to my property which is located on a Service Rd is constantly being obstructed by cars. No parking is allowed there, it’s being treated like a private driveway for Durston Cl. Emergency services etc would not be able to find my gate to my property due to his cars illegally being there. This is continuous and Durston Cl have refused to move their parked vehicles. Over grown shrubs/hedges which are on the public pathway. Someone reported branches sticking out. Anything which is the owners property he can sort but the hedges extend down the public path.
