A scaffold has been left up and blocks a footpath in the High Street flats community garden. The work has done by the council on these city council High Street flats 1 to 12 and it was completed in April this year. i go out every morning for walk around this area and its appalling the amout of rubbish there all over streets,,left for weeks sometimes,mattresses blocking footpaths ect ect ect !! not right tho , while the council staff responsible sit around sheltered ect housing places till end of shifts , couple hours hiding at one then drive too other ones and do same till shift end , come here for houses, swearing outside building when old lady's here dont wanna hear that crap ok , road drains blocked up to tops ! i have photos too send too ofcom and too guv and lord mayors office tooooooooooooo and the willow brook itself is blocking up with back walls that are now falling into it ,if that dams up the le5 area all floods and u get sued by me and all others affected by this ok !-76 Duxbury Road, Leicester, LE5 3LQ
