The corner to the left of the park entrance is regularly being used by people as a toilet, both wee and poo. Dogs roll in it. Is there anything that can be done to discourage this behaviour? There has been repeated fly-tipping near the parking bin area. There is a large amount of broken glass on the ground, which is dangerous, along with a discarded television and various household items.

It appears that some of the waste is being thrown by individuals
