I've included this picture as an example. This car moved on eventually, but then another car parked in the exact same spot. How is a pushchair or wheelchair walking past that car? How can a visually impaired person walk on this pathway? Why is it always down to the pedestrian to either walk on the road or cross over. Pavement parking is ridiculous across Leicester , but in this stretch, where there's fencing, it should be bollards. I've also seen pavement parking on uppingham road.
