Leicester - Rushey Mead Ward

Both sides on the corner of Flax road And Melton Road have been fly tipped outside of the fish shop side there is an empty storage box also half a scaffolding plank and a bag full of something ?and a big umbrella blown inside out also a cardboard box with a name and address on it. But the sweepers may remove that? Outside the opposite side is a shopping trolly with a window frame and baby bath in it, I have no idea who the trolly belongs to never heard of the company. Also there is an old bike chained to No 1s drainpipe that has been there for weeks , it does not belong to the old man that lives there i have asked him and he has no idea who it belongs to.-1 Flax Road, Leicester, UK
