Franklyn Road is made of concrete sections, one of these section is cracked in the middle, this section is sinking compared to the road around it, causing a sharp step that's about 45mm at its deepest point. You can feel the step when you drive over it.

Council need to see to the issue and coordinate the repair of the gate as it causes a danger to public safety in its current condition and poses a safety risk for neighbouring properties.
