The garden is covered with dense vegetation, including brambles and weeds, and contains a significant amount of accumulated waste, discarded materials, and old furniture. The lack of maintenance has created conditions that HAVE attracted rodents, particularly rats and mice, which have made their way into our house.<br/><br/>This property is also causing a problem for the houses it backs onto, with the overgrowth invading other gardens & rats being spotted regularly .
