Still got wet leaves twigs rubbish. This is a complete eyesore.this is on footpath in front of iceland. The whole place needs a good cleanup. I used to be proud to live on the saffron not any more.the counsel don't bother anymore.used to have street cleaner man and his machine big brushes clean up on a regularly not anymore. I've reported this twice now and the case has been closed. A resident on Mangold Road has left dirty mouldy bins in the shed in the carpark and fly tipped a sofa cushion something needs to be done they have been there over a 6 months now there rats in the carpark because of this they need removing something needs doing.-20 Mangold Road, Leicester, LE4 2BR
