The street light above the bedroom window flickers all night. This is stopping the resident from having a full nights sleep. The light is attached to the side of the building on the second floor.

Several lights out and have been for weeks.
Being as there was a major fatality in this area months ago and nights are getting darker I will point out this is a major H&S issue that needs to be addressed extremely urgently.
As it could result in further fatalities or accidents
