Gates and Bollards at access points to Astill lodge park are not fit for purpose, Gate overgrown with weeds and access for motorbikes to the side of this one in the photo making the deterrent obsolete, Pankhurst Road entrance bollards are gone so motorbikes have free access up and down the street on to the park and the same for leycroft Road entrance. Children are playing outside and motorbikes are using the park to race around because they have access via the unfit for use bollards and gates -50 Pankhurst Road, Leicester, LE4 1DX
