Rotten and Moulded Mattress has been dumped into My alleyway by builders who worked my next door at No 12 Hillcroft road. When i asked why they putting it there, they said we come and collect in the evening but never come as their work nearly done. but mattress which was in the rubbish skip , for nearly 2-3 weeks but they took it out and dumped in alleyway because skip was full.and overloaded.-1 Hillcroft Road, Leicester, LE5 5DX

Rotten and Moulded Mattress has been dumped into My alleyway by builders who worked my next door at No 12 Hillcroft road. The driver even asked me why I was taking a picture; which just sums up the state of driving in this city. 1) blocking a pedestrian crossing with a clear dropped curb 2) parked within 10m of a junction.
