Description
The pavement on Sunnycroft Road, just outside of number 20, has a step down which is not clearly marked. It is also not illuminated at night at all. A friend recently fell down the step and seriously hurt her ankle and knees. Please could you either remove the step and smooth out the pavement or make the step down clearer. Thanks.

We’ve investigated the situation. The case has been closed, and although we’ve not taken any remedial action at this time, the issue will be monitored to make sure it does not become a more serious issue that falls below the technical standards we’re able to uphold. |
