The pavement on Sunnycroft Road, just outside of number 20, has a step down which is not clearly marked. It is also not illuminated at night at all. A friend recently fell down the step and seriously hurt her ankle and knees. Please could you either remove the step and smooth out the pavement or make the step down clearer. Traffic cones illegally placed on public highway/road to prevent people from parking on the road on a daily basis. Believe the person lives in a council flat where the cones have been placed outside and is preventing other people from parking on road so he can save the parking place outside his council flat for his car. This is not acceptable as has illegally placed the cones on the road & stolen cones from the highway which is theft, please take relevant action thank you -10 Imperial Avenue, Leicester, LE3 1AF

Litter all across the street opposite the supermarket. Plastic bags and rubbish scattered amongst the pavement, driveways, and curbs. Many neighbours have complained, but sadly the supermarket is not taking any responsibility. Due to the footfall in the supermarket recently the rubbish has increased from their customers. I run a manufacturing business on Storey Street and we need 24/7 safe access for cars, vans and lorries. Vehicles are illegally parking daily in a restricted zone and on the corner by a major road, creating a serious safety risk and obstructing access. This long standing issue is causing operational disruption and makes turning in/out onto Woodgate hazardous. A large articulated lorry was parked partially on the pavement and very close to the junction, causing a significant obstruction. The vehicle is oversized for the residential road and restricts visibility for drivers exiting the junction. It also blocks a substantial section of the pavement, forcing pedestrians — including parents with pushchairs and wheelchair users
