The pavement on Sunnycroft Road, just outside of number 20, has a step down which is not clearly marked. It is also not illuminated at night at all. A friend recently fell down the step and seriously hurt her ankle and knees. Please could you either remove the step and smooth out the pavement or make the step down clearer. For approximately a month I have noticed this street to have tar and other substances accumulating + noticing a foul smell going as it’s mixed with other rubbish that people have fly tipped. As it’s winter/early spring, it won’t seem as bad however this is a recipe for disaster particularly the fact there’s a streak of water that has become pretty much stagnated which will breed flies + attract rats.-40 Kent Street, Leicester, LE2 0AY
