A van has been parked on the grass verge, golf course side of Stoughton Drive near Gartree Road roundabout since early 1/12/24. It has advertising all over it and has been parked in such a way as to advertise to traffic travelling down Stoughton Drive heading to Oadby. It is parked next to a footpath which allows pedestrians to see traffic to their right before crossing over to the middle of the road, it is now impossible to see traffic coming from the right as the van is there. It is also taking up almost all of the verge so virtually impossible to walk around it and the verge is very muddy/slippery. Even if it is not illegally parked is has made crossing for pedestrians extremely dangerous if not impossible. White Ford transit, reg. Hello, Franklyn Road is made of concrete sections, one of these section is cracked in the middle, this section is sinking compared to the road around it, causing a sharp step that's about 45mm at its deepest point.
