Vechiles repeatedly parking over the double yellow lines between the boulard over the speed bump and over the double yellow line. The car above i've witnessed has repeatedly parked there with no patroller nearby to sanction or ticket. I've witnessed an old man in a wheelchair having to turn back as he can't pass. Dear Sir/Madam,

I am reporting dangerous anti-social driving at night in the B&M car park. Vehicles gather to race, do burnouts, and spin donuts across parking bays. As seen in the attached aerial photos, clear tire burn marks remain in multiple areas. This causes severe noise pollution, property damage, and serious safety risks to the public. Please investigate urgently and consider safety measures like barriers, CCTV, or a PSPO.
