People keep dumping rubbish in this area at night, and it’s becoming a serious problem. Not only does this attract rats and mice, but some individuals are also stopping here to drink and leaving their cans behind. I’m concerned about the impact this behaviour has on the neighbourhood.If people choose to drink, they should do so responsibly—at home or in appropriate venues—not in the street and not while littering.
