Neighbour parking across footpath blocking access to pedestrians and limiting visibility and exit and entry into our drive. Has been spoken with before but behaviour remains. Previous report made here but no action taken by Council. Signposted here again and to Police, who are also not interested. Please can this be sorted asap. Need serious action as again wheelchair and pushchair users are risky there life’s and using main road to walk on - need serious action now to sort this - I have also asked Leicester mercury to do an article and also say council are reviewing long term but are happy for life’s to be risked short term

Sorry no offence has been committed - so parking cars on pavements is fine? There are cars parked again today - when did you send traffic wardens to enforce - day time or night - as explained they-80 Barkby Road, Leicester, LE4 9LF

Lamppost is open, during the day will be visible on Astill Lodge Road, but most evenings and nights there is a van parked in front of it reducing visibility of it. It’s on the opposite side to Kingsbridge Crescent. -Castle Hill Country Park

A Commercial waste bin is not only in a place where it should not be, and blocking the pavement, it has not been emptied for a long time and is overflowing with stinking garbage which is spewing out over the street, attracting vermin, and polluting the “Conservation Area“ of Victoria Avenue! There are more commercial waste bins in a similar disgusting state at the other end of Victoria Avenue and on London Road. It is disgraceful that this “Conservation Area” and its residents are shown such neglect and disrespect, especially considering the Council Tax charges!-1A, Victoria Avenue, Leicester, LE2 0QX
