The bins along trinity lane have not been emptied due to a very small blockage in the road. Access is easily accessible from either tower street or upper king street. As a result bins have not been emptied for a good few weeks. There is rubbish spilling out of the bins all over the street. Today I actually saw a rat!!! SERIOUS ISSUE - on street outdoor GAS metering and regulating (M&R) station or meter regulating station (MRS) located near the children's play area is housed inside a brick enclosure but the wooden panel doors has a huge whole,where if you peer inside there is a lot of litter accumulating! I would regard this as a very serious hazard because children won't know it to be a gas station and there might even be valves that they can meddle with.
